The Boston Celtics have reached an agreement on a two-way contract with small forward Jay Scrubb, tweets Chris Haynes of TNT and Bleacher Report.
Scrubb impressed team officials with his performance during Summer League, averaging 16.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists in four games.
